[vscode] commit message に`Co-authored-by: Copilot`が勝手に追加される

状況

vscodeのGUIでgit commitをすると
copilotを使っていないのにも関わらず
commit message bodyのところにCo-authored-by: Copilotと勝手に書かれてしまうので、これをやめさせたい
